Can't Connect to xbox live for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare or Ghosts

Hi all. Hoping someone can offer some assistance. A few weeks ago, there was maintenance at microsoft, and the COD AW service we down for a period of time. Since then, I have been unable to connect to the game server. After a while on chat with xbox,
and then with activision, i went to netgear, but still having the problem. So I have set the router for port forwarding for ports 53, 80, 88, 1863, and 3074. Disabled SIP ALG, enabled dmz and set the default to my xbox ip address, enabled response to ping
on the internet port, and added a reservation for the xbox ip. Still, no dice. i can connect with other games, but just not these 2.

Router is a Netgear C3700-100NA S

Anyone else having these issues?

Advanced Warfare: Cannot play online

I can't play online with my xbox one with advanced warfare at all tried to connect to online and it kicks me off. My live works with all my other games but doesn't work for call of duty advanced warfare this is real frustrating.

 

I am unable to download advanced warfare

I am unable to download advanced warfare onto my xbox I purchased it through the online store and it will read "can't download call of duty: advanced warfar" or it will disconnect me from xbox live I hav a 500gb Xbox so space isn't the problem help please

 

If you were able to connect to other games online then the problem can be with the COD AW itself. Since the service alert in
http://xbox.com/status has already ended. There's a chance that the game server of COD was still experiencing the same issue.

Since you're using an Xbox 360, have you tried to reset your console's connection as art of the Troubleshooting Step?
