Can't connect to xbox live - followed all troubleshooting steps

I've had my xbox 360 for a little less than a year. We have never been able to connect it to xbox live. It will connect to the internet but not xbox live. I've followed every single troubleshoot thing on the website. Also purchased a new router and
spoke with my internet provider. Nothing fixes it.

Please help! Me and my kids are loosing it

it's been over a week and I still can't connect to Xbox live on a 360. My wireless connection is strong and I've followed all the steps from Xbox live support and still nothing

Have you done port forwarding for the xbox ports?

I can connect to xbox live, but when I try to play a game any game it will log me out and prompt me to sign in again to play game. When I exit the game it will do the same thing log off and need to log on again, this is on every game. Now today it connects
to live, but I try to play an online game it kicks me from live, exit the game and and it will log back into live. What is going on with XBOX

Since you are running into issues connection to Live let's have you follow all of the steps on the

Live troubleshooter.

If after all of the steps on that guide are completed you still run into that error be sure to let us know!

I still have the problem and not only with Live but with every app or game even with the parameters so I can't try anything...
