Can’t connect to Xbox live even though I’m on strong WiFi

Hey, I’ve had this Xbox for years now and it hasn’t failed me once but recently it cannot connect to xbox live. I am on wifi and it is working fine on every device except for the xbox so the router is not the problem. I have gone through countless support
systems but they never showed my problem. Any help would be appriciated thank you!

Do you know how to access your router settings? You may need to tinker with some settings.

I tried to test it but it gives me this message.

(Again,
the wifi is working perfectly and the xbox says that it is connected to the wifi)

Hi,

it seems your router is blocking ports needed for Xbox live to perform correctly. Would you be able to confirm uPnP is enabled in your router? Most newer routers will come with uPnP enabled automatically in settings.

I would recommend looking at this article Xbox Nat Error Solutions it may contain a solution for you.

get an error message when I run the ‘Test multiplayer connection’ on Xbox One”.
