Cant download update to connect to xbox live

Im trying to connect to xbox live , but each time i run a connection test it says i need an update . i click yes on the update then the following error code appears 397f-0000-0080-0300-8007-2751 . so i cant connect to xbox live till the update is done .
Please help

I cant connect to live. My internet is fine. It has that error code and cant finish test? Please help

This has been happening to me as well, though I was suspended for 15 days and I finally get unsuspended but cannot connect to Xbox live, via other thread.

This may mean one of the following:

•There's a temporary problem with the Xbox Live service.

•Your Xbox Live account has been blocked because the system detected suspicious activity.

•The profile stored on your Xbox 360 console is corrupt.

Just go to settings ,then to storage and then select your hadrive wuth "Y" ...then select clear system caché.

You need to erase your profile following the last steps, just select your hardrive whit "A" the go to profiles and erase just your profile (not profile and content). Download profile using MSA and password.

If you are doing bad things with purchases, licences or región transfers just need to contact with support to ask if your account is locked.

I cant connect to xbox live and its saying that and i play apex and it says error code visit ea.com unable to connect so here i am please help

You didn't get any error codes?
