This console has been nothing but trouble since i purchased it in october is it really too much to ask that i actually be able to sign in to my account. Everytime i've tried to sign in for the last four hours i get this error "0x8004804e" come on Microsoft
get yourself together this is sad...

Can't Log in to Xbox Live

My network is working and my xbox1 is connected (ran the connection test). I was getting error 0x8004051. Tried the reboot like one of the threads on this forum suggested, I still can't connect to xbox live but now I am getting error 0x8004804E

Service Alert Information - July 6th

I hate xbox 360s! Its like I have a problem every time I turn on the system! I'm paying for xbox live but i cant connect , problem after problem. I like how Playstation network is free and has better service the paid xbox live!

If you're having connection issues, quite often a hard reboot will resolve this issue, simply hold your finger on the on/off button for around 8-10 seconds (the light will go off) Then turn it back on.

last couple of days i havnt been able to sign in on my xbox one, though im connected to the internet, if i turn off the connection i can sign in just fine.once i connect again it signs me out, the error code it sends me when trying to sign in is 0x8004804E
, ive tried to hard reset and that hasnt worked. much appreciated if this problem is fixed. i dont wanna have to cancel my subscription but I refuse to pay for a service i cant use.
