    Can't sign in I've tried YouTube and GTA online it says "Your console can't connect to xbox live. Do you want to exit and test network connection?

    I powered down the console and router for 5 minutes. And I am using a "Wired" connection. It worked fine two days ago and started this last night. I'm not really a computer guy just basic knowledge. Thanks

    Thanks I tried that. Chatted with online help for one hour -tried everything then they gave up and told me to call my ISP. Pretty bad service

    This is the crap I've also had to put up with.

    It's strange I sign in my profile and it signs in no problem but when I start a game a message pops up saying I need to sign into Xbox live, when I'm already signed in. So I sign in and another message says the console can't connect to xbox live with the code 8015809E
