Cant connect to XBox Live...Cant see any networks...while XBox tells me that I'm connected.

Do you have a hotspot internet connection on your Cell phone that you can try to connect with / update your console with?

Thanks for keeping us updated with your replies. Have you tried powering down the console (disconnecting the power cord from the back) and unplugging your router for 5 minutes, then turning the router back on and once back up attempting to locate your WiFi
network again? If so and the console is absolutely not recognizing any wireless networks, this may indicate that your console's wireless card may be in trouble, necessitating a repair. You can

check the warranty status & set this up via your Microsoft account online, or if you prefer, you may
request a call back or chat with Xbox Support to set this up for you.

Alternatively, I would recommend trying a hard wired (Ethernet) connection to get connected to your internet source so that the update will go through. Or you can try doing an Offline System Update (OSU) instead. You'd need a USB flash drive with minimum
6Gb of space & access to a Windows 10 PC so that you can format the flash drive to NTFS, as well as download/unzip the system update file. The details on how to get this achieved is contained within our Xbox
One System Update Solution by selecting I NEED TO UPDATE MY CONSOLE OFFLINE.

I'm sorry to hear about the network connection issues that you're currently experiencing.

If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console. [KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS]

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter. This will
reset the Operating system [OS] of the console and allow you a fresh start-up. This will also allow you to re-establish fresh new updates and connections in every aspect of your Xbox console.
