Cant connect to xbox live.. Cant open chat to support or ask them to call me

Im currently on a fre month of xbox live for xbox one until the 25th.. but when i connect any games, it doest work. It say i need to purchase the subscription. but when i check my subscriptions it says xbox live is working.

I tried to open a chat with support or to as them to call me but i cant becausee when i sign in it doesnt show my name or last name. And it doesnt let me edit it either..

hello, please try these steps bellow,they may help if you are new to xbox you shuld be under support you can chat or call a xbox rep. link bellow.

If it does still not work please take your current disc out of your xbox, go to settings, Disc & Blu-ray, Blu-ray, Persistent stroage(clear it 3 times)

Then go to network settings, advanced, alternate MAC address, clear. Your console will reset. Also make sure your NAT type is on open

 

When I'm connected to the network, I cannot use my user online..
