Can't connect to xbox live but goes through to everything else but live

I havn't been having any issues till last week. Now it's telling me it can connect to the internet, computer, and the other things, but xbox live. I have already gone to the support page done it all and failed Im coming here in hopes I can solve this. I
have the error code report as well:

W: 0000 - 000B

X: 0000 - F001

Y: 0088 - 1C40

Z: 0000 - 0000

ID 0006 - 0000

L: 8015 - 1909

Q: 8007 - 0435

T: wireless

N: OdinZeus

S:WPA2

C: 11

I left out the IP for safety reasons.

Verizon Issue Still Happening..

Can't connect here either. FiOS in SoCal. Can't connect to Live on my Xbox or "Games for Windows Live" from my PC. Can't access these forums from any device connected through FiOS either. Only through cellular data. Everything else through FiOS works just
fine.

 

Can't connect to xbox live.

I've been connected to xbox live all day. I cut my xbox off for a while, and went to play online again but i can't connect. reset router, pc still connected to internet, everythings good, but i can't connect to xbox live. has this happened to anybody else?
