Can't connect to xbox live but everything is in order.

My xbox is connected to my wifi, i even tested it and it said that everything is fine but i cannot connect to xbox live, it says that everything is fine on my part but they are having some problem and that i should check on xbox.com/status. When i check
there it says that all services are available amd everything is okay. I have tried restarting the xbox, emptying my mac address and even restarted my modem but nothing works.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that certain individuals are experiencing difficulties with being able to access Xbox Live.

As stated by Xbox Forums Ambassador Smwutches, our engineers are aware of this, and we currently working to resolve
this.

The Social media site "Twitter" is updated with most haste, as a tool to be able to get this information out to as many people as possible.

The
Xbox Live status has now been updated to reflect this. As there is currently no more information that we can provide, we will now be locking this thread.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please, feel free to create a new thread and we will cater to you there.

If there is an issue then the xbox live status and outage page needs to inform people. I have had a few people ask me if there was an issue and I have told them no because the xbox live status page does not show this!

Why does it not say there is an issues on xbox.com then? It says everything is fine. Despite the xboz itself saying it's at their end and to log on to xbox.com for information?
