    Can't connect to Xbox live but can connect to Internet.


    When I test the connections it says good connection. But it won't connect to Xbox live. My phone and computer will connect to the Internet on the same wireless network. I have a Motorola ncg510. I have opened the ports on the router. The nat type is now
    open but still won't connect.

    I'm having the same problem I can connect to the Internet but it will not connect to Xbox live. I used to be able to connect to Xbox live and now I can't I think it's my router.

    Xbox is connected to internet, but won't do the Upgrade.

    This is really lame. had no problems connecting prior to this patch and now I it says I can connect to the internet but not to XBOX Live, and of course I can't complete this new patch without connecting to xbox live.
