Can't connect to xbox live because of parental code

Hi, I have a problem with the parental code that makes me unable to connect to xbox live. When I accept the new conditions, I enter the code of my parent's email, and it DOESNT work. I'm 100% sure it's the good one, because it works on hotmail. I don't pay
xbox live to watch my gold account, I pay it to play.

Hello! I need to throw off parental control xbox 360 slim, I don't remember the password and the password to the secret question. How do I bypass it? Because of parental controls I can't connect to the Internet!!!

Parental email

I signed up for xbox live with a parental email that is now deleted. in order to connect with xbox live i have to accept the terms of use which i cant do with the current parental email because it is deleted. is there a way to change the parental email associated
with my account?

Only an official agent from Xbox support can help you with your situation, regarding the parental code.

in your particular case you need to make your contact through phone support, so they can verify you're an adult, and not some kid trying to bypass the parental
controls without the parents permisson.

Phone support will be able to lead you through the proper steps.

no, in this case I do not think they can control the cloud because XBOX wrote"While you’re connected to Xbox Live, saved games are automatically stored in the Cloud."

I have an Xbox Live account, but I can't get access to it because I put a passcode on it (Not parental control passcode, but a passcode for the Xbox Live account!), and unlike parental code passcodes, there are no questions for resetting. I can't remember it so what should I do?

If it's a Xbox home account sign in passcode you are talking about it should give you an option to sign in with your Microsoft account password after 4 failed sign in attempts

I can't download my profile, because this error code is preventing me from being connected to Xbox Live. You need to be connected to Xbox live to download a profile. Any other solutions? Not being able to play a majority of my games, because they're backwards
compatible is very frustrating!

I never set a pass code. When I went to log onto live it asked for a pass code, and it has never done this before. I can't access my settings from the xbox because I need to be connected to live.
