Can't connect to Xbox Live at my house?

How many Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles are connected to this router?: One Xbox One and one Xbox 360 (360 not hooked up)

Wired or Wireless (for each console): Wireless/Wired both attempted

Things you have tried: Reset Router, Hard Reset Xbox multiple times, disconnected and reconnected Ethernet cable and WiFi, both, took it to my girlfriends house and it worked fine there.

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/No/Unknown: Unknown

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?: Strict NAT

Any Error Codes you encounter: Can't obtain a Teredo IP Address

Who is your ISP? (Internet Service Provider): Armstrong

Please Help

I can't connect to XBOX live. I removed my hard drive from my original xbox 360 and attached it to my friends and at first I was able to connect to Xbox live and today I can't, but when the hard drive is attached to my xbox 360 I have no problem connecting
to Xbox live. 80151909 is what comes up.

I was trying to connect to Xbox Live, and I couldn't connect, so I looked at the suggestions, and it told me to disconnect my network, I reconnected it, but my Xbox can't find my network

Same problems here, I'm finding that the amount of time spent trying to connect, doesn't justify the price tag.

Well if it dosent work at your house with YOUR modem and router but it does work at her house with HER modem and router , then its YOUR modem and router...or you isp......if she will let you , you could try bringing her equipment to your house and see...

Hello

The first thing you'll need to do is put your modem into Bridge mode since you have 2 NAT devices (your modem and router)

Unfortunately since I can't find a manual for your modem I can't help you with this, you'll have to check the settings

Second you'll want to configure your router to open ports required by Xbox Live, you can find information on how to do that right here

Do I have to call my ISP or can I change it in my router settings to bridge? And when I try to save ports in the router admin page it just keeps resetting.

You should be able to change it yourself if you connect your pc/laptop directly to the modem and type in 192.168.0.1 (unless you changed the gateway) into the browser window. If you can't access it that way you'll have to call your ISP.

As for the port forwarding, if you can't save your settings you might be able to enter your Xbox IP in the DMZ settings of your router, given that you've set up a static IP for your console.

You can set up DMZ by going to the WAN tab on your router and selecting DMZ

, from there you can enable it and enter your Xbox IP which can be found on your console (make sure your Xbox Ip is static)

The DHG536 is a cable modem. It's not a networking device capable of making routing and NAT decisions.

Am I the only one that can't connect to the Internet right now? Everything else in my house is connected but my Xbox one keeps telling me it can't connect to my wireless network. It started with destiny. I turned off my Xbox one thinking it was nothing that
big of a deal. Now I can't get on live because my Xbox one can't get my network. I've tried everything and I just can't get on. I'm not getting to error codes.

I don't see how answering those questions helps you or me because they all seem to have something to do with internet connection which isn't the problem in my case.

My account + my dad's xbox (same house as me, same internet connection) = Connected to Xbox LIVE

My Dad's account + my dad's xbox = Connected to Xbox LIVE

My Dad's account + my xbox = Connected to Xbox LIVE

My account + my xbox = Can't connect to Xbox LIVE

I doubt it has anything to do with my internet. Sorry if I seem like an @@@ for not wanting to answer the questions but they seem like a waste of time.

I can't connect my Singtel modem to my Xbox it will interrupt and cut all the connection in ny house from house mio and internet access now I'm using my 3g for Xbox life and it's very slow can anybody help me with this I would appreciate it very much

My internet is obviously working fine, the Xbox says it can connect to the Internet but can't contact Xbox live, there are multiple xboxs in my house and all have the same problems.

The wizard says something like go to your router IP and type that into the browser but when I do that, nothing happens

Well the issue isn't so much about the update, but the fact that I can't connect to Xbox live right now. If I can connect to Xbox Live then I shouldn't have an issue with getting the update. I did contact my ISP and they said its not them, not to mention
I've had a few people bring their Xboxes here and they were able to connect just fine. I'll have to try my Xbox at another person's house and if that doesn't work then I do have an option to exchange it (I did buy it used =\ ). Other than that I still not
sure why I can't connect to Xbox Live (I already did the step by step troubleshooting Xbox has provided on this website).
