Can't connect to Xbox live at all on backwards compatibility games.

This has been happening ever since the recent update for the Xbox 360.

I have tried to delete all my saves but this failed and now i am no longer able to play any Xbox 360 games on the one due to having no profile.

anyway to fix this?

Xbox 360 issue

playing Xbox 360 black ops 2 on my Xbox one (backwards compatibility) and I'm connected to Xbox live on my Xbox one but can't connect to it on the 360, when it says test connection I click yes and it says all services Available but I still can't connect.

When backward compatibility launches in November, all future Xbox 360 Games with Gold titles will be playable on Xbox One. That means Xbox Live Gold members now will get more free games to play each month on Xbox One.

Hey nightdoom98! When you deleted your saves did follow the steps
here under "How do I remove the Xbox 360 games and profiles that have been saved on my Xbox One console?" Post back and let me know!

 

It goes a lot deeper than this man, ive been having the same issue for a while now. Ive deleted all local 360 content, redownloaded profile... booted up 360 and updated it, accepted new pricacy terms. Hard reset both router and Xbox too many times to count.
DMZ doesnt help. The only way Im able to connect is by unplugging the ethernet cable and then it connects to the 360network just fine. All online services work normally with an ethernet connection with the exception of 360 games. I know some people who have
the opposite problem, they are unable to connect using wi-fi but an ethernet connection will get them through to the 360network. I believe this is something deeper that Microsoft need to fix.

 

If nothing is working at all, I say it would be time to contact Xbox Support directly. Explain to them everything that has been happening, I'm sure they will be able to resolve the situation. Contact Us | Xbox Support

I've been having this problem too and I have no idea what to do I can't sign into Xbox Live 360 games via the backwards compatibility, and I've tried talking to Microsoft support and they told me to do this whole delete 360 storage and it deleted my 360
account and now it's still won't let me redownload my account on the 360 and I can't now play any of my 360 games and I have no idea what to do, I looked at what this Microsoft support person wanted me to do and it look way too complicated on my part I don't
know if it's something on now my end I need to fix or their end
