Can't connect to Xbox Live after new update – anyone else?

Hi everyone,

I recently installed the latest update on my Xbox, and ever since, I've been unable to connect to Xbox Live. The console states it's not connected, but I've double-checked my network settings and everything seems fine on my end. I even tried restarting my router and my Xbox multiple times, but no luck.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue after the update? Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Microsoft has not reported any issues with the latest update.

Please try to test connecting your console to another network and check if the same problem occurs, you could configure your smartphone as a Mobile Hotspot and connect your console to that network.

Let me know if the behavior is the same.

This is stupid I can't connect to any parties after I downloaded this update anyone else?

Got the update today and now I can't connect to Xbox live. My connection and multiplayer connection are fine. Does anyone have any ideas on why this is happening or is it happening to all players of the new Xbox experience?

Hello. My brother can't connect to Xbox live on his account. He can sign in, but he can't accept the new update. When an update came for the terms of use, he accidentally declined it, without reading it. Now he cannot install the update, or sign in to xbox
live at all. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
