Can't connect to Xbox Live after downloading The New Xbox one experience

I downloaded the new windows 10 themed dashboard that is available to xbox preview program members, and now I cant log into my account. I get an error message saying something like "another profile is using this email" I cant remember exactly what it said,
but I can sign in with my account on xbox 360. other profiles on my xbox one can sign in fine. Is there a way to fix this? I've tried pretty much everything: unplugging all cords and plugging them back in, I tried deleting my account, and many other things.

I also need access to the early access forums. I can't update apps or games after downloading the Xbox One New Experience update. I've tried power cycling, deleting/redownloading apps/games. Nothing helps.

 

cant connect to xbox live

Just bought new Xbox for son and can't connect to Xbox live. We get through the test toget to the update and nothing finishes. Just says downloading but doesn't move for ages now.

 

i have the same issue after reciving the new dash but i dont get any error messages it only doesnt connect to xbox live anymore unless i contact support to reset my profile on there end

 

Same as roeje, there is no error message but I can't connect to online. I tested my network and multiplayer connection and it says everything is fine, but I can't sign in online. I got the update last night and everything worked fine when the update finished.
Xbone and 360 games worked fine but I can't connect today.

 

So I just called xbox and got it fixed. I just had to delete my profile off the console, unplug the xbox and restart my router. Signed back in and everything is working now

 

Don't listen to this I just tried it and now I'm ABSOLUTELY unable to get back online to even log into my profile again.

 

Got the update today and now I can't connect to Xbox live. My connection and multiplayer connection are fine. Does anyone have any ideas on why this is happening or is it happening to all players of the new Xbox experience?

 

its been happening to me when I got the new dashboard update as well and its been five days already with no fix. The only thing that sometimes has helped is rebooting xbox and your router,

 

I just tried signing in today and it's working for those of you that have this problem, just wait a few days and it should fix itself

 

For everyone having problems connecting to online when your xbox is on, and clearly connected to online. If you're connected with ethernet, unplug turn xbox Completely off(Not instant on), replug in the cord and then restart your xbox and it should work
fine. If you are wireless, resetting your router instead of unplugging should produce the same effect after the restart.

Has the same problem. WiFi wouldn't work. Plugged in Ethernet didn't either. Saw this thread so I did a restart Xbox and after it rebooted I am back online. This is the restart from the menu that you get when you press and hold the Xbox logo on the controller.

 

having same issue.. Just got the update, it thinks i am not signed into live, so the system cant retrieve anything. Cant go online in games do anything with apps.

Tried signign out, rebooting by holdilng the xbox butting which is the hard reset and resetting my router not help.

So why does the dashboard show i am logged on, but the games dont.

Any definite fix for this? I am on wifi so i did the route reset and didnt work.
