Can't connect to Xbox live account for 2k17 on Xbox one but my connections are working

i can't download my xbox live profile to console.

early i've connect with my xbox live account on console but now it don't work.

the xbox live connection is working but it no log in.

so i tryed to download my profile without success.

please help.

Xbox Live connection problems: Every time I start my xbox one can not connect to Xbox LIVE. I have to disconnect and reconnect to my account three times to enter the XBOX LIVE . But what is happening? My internet connection works perfectly .

It's been three days for me also. I try to log into my profile and after maybe 5 seconds a small box pops up at the bottom of the screen saying "Disconnecting from xbox Live." Then the error message comes on that says, "Can't connect to xbox live. Would
you like to check your connection? If you do you will loose progress on your game.... Lower on the screen there's the number 8015190A. Connection works fine. Silver accounts work fine. My gold account on my xbox one works fine.
