Cant connect to Xbox Games error 0x80154017

Hi someone knows how to solve this ? I cant download games for Windows Phone that have for Xbox too and also I cant connect to Xbox account.

Can not log in WP 8.1 or Windows 8.1 pc

I had the same problem, I just reset the phone and still I have the same problem... I can download no xbox game but xbox game cant and also I cant log in to game tile on lumia with the same error code

When you try to install the code for the game produces an error Xbos-0x80154017.

xbos-0x80154017 is your error code. That code usually means it's a region issue. What is your Xbox account region and where are you physically located? You can get that error if the 2 don't match or if you live in a region where the games are not available.

If your physical country and account region matches then you must contact support and work out the billing issue

This only shows up on mismatched regions including billing options

Also if recently did a region migrations you must wait till 90days for it to complete

Also sometimes resignation to your actual region works too to avoid billing problems
