CANT CONNECT TO XBOX APP/Windows 10 with my Xbox ONe

Talked to 2 representatives. and Nothing

Everything is connected, wired LAN connection.

I dont have the option to stream,

It only shows Test Streaming, More

whenever i tested the stream

I get 2 columns

Saying:

Low

Medium

High

Very high

and 4 red x's

I downloaded and installed the app on my windows 10 pc, I go to my xbox 1 and cant finmd the app in to install list??

How can I connect my Xbox 360 to my Windows 10 pc?

All instructions are for Xbox One to Windows 10 or Xbox 360 to Windows 7 or earlier. Previously you could connect to the Windows Media Center but not sure I even have that on this new pc. It only offers connection via the useless xbox app to Xbox One :-(

To help resolve any game streaming issues in the Xbox app on Windows 10, click this

link. Look for My Xbox One isn't visible in the Xbox app on Windows 10 and I can't connect to my Xbox One from my Xbox app on Windows 10, and perform the solutions provided.

Make sure that your Windows 10 device and the Xbox One are connected to the same network and logged in using the same Microsoft account.

Hi. my windows 10 and xbox one wireless controller are updated. same issue cant connect wirelessly and windows pairs even when my controller is turned off/not even plugged to laptop.

Same problem here as FummelOst. Cant connect to xbox live with either xbox one or app on windows 10, Also the Xbox one Smartglass seems to not wanna log in. When i log out from the account on Xbox one the store comes up but if and thats a big IF i can log
in again it dissapears. Nothing wrong with any internet connection.

What kind of device are you using for the Xbox app (Windows 10, iOS, Android, Windows Phone)? Is your Xbox One showing up in the Xbox app to connect to, or is your Xbox One console not showing up within the Xbox app at all? We'll need that information so

If you're on Windows 10 PC, have you tried a wired connection for both your Windows 10 PC and your Xbox One console? That is the most reliable method for connecting the Xbox app to your Xbox One console, and the results of that will help us narrow the issue
