Cant connect to xbl

On my main acount [Mod Removed] I was recently banned and have no way of checking due if the ban is over due to the fact I keep getting a pop up saying Email and Password for security reasons and when I give them I get an error code. my
email password was recently changed due the fact I was hacked and banned xblet show no signs of acknowledge me so I was wondering If there anything that can be done. Is there a number I can call about my account.

I cant connect to xbl whenever I try it just say my consol cant connect to xbl. When i try to reinstal my profile it still just says i cant connect so i cant evan reinstal my profile.

I can connect to the internet, but i cant connect to XBL. It told me to reset my router for 30 seconds, but i still cant connect to XBL. What do i do?
