can't connect to xbl on startup

So I've having this issue for while whenever like since summer. Anyways usually I turn on the console every once in a while Xbox sits in closet but I wanna play a game or watch something I set it up and after it boots I'm sitting there see how it says
connect to xbl rather then it being automatically connected (normal process for a while). Now what happens is either I press connect to xbl or I do nothing for like 2 minutes bam it's connected to xbl. However as of late none of that seems work I go to the
settings it see my wireless network but can't connect, I try re entering password can't connect, it tells me a bunch of like crap reset ur router or maybe ur router is filtering Mac address other typically help stuff and I KNOW ABOUT XBOX NETWORK SUPPORT LINKS
SO DONT MENTION TO ME. My issues is that I've tweeted this on many occasions at Xbox support so today not the only day I had this dilemma. Thing is I've changed nothing with my router and the problem either I used the device normally day before or 2-3 hours
before like I played then turned off, wanted to play again and see these issues pop up again and again, now this how usually resolve I keep turning off my Xbox multiple times keep trying to re enter password or make Xbox offline from internet turn off Xbox
then make it online again eventually it connects I don't touch router or mess with it's settings nothing . I used to reset the router sometimes it resolved but most of the time it didn't help. My other issue is that why should have to reset the router there
like 11+ devices in the house using the internet perfectly yet xbone is the only device saying hey u should restart ur router or hey maybe ur router is filtering Mac address blah blah... Now maybe y'all can help with something I DONT ALREADY KNOW TO DO HOWEVER
WHAT I WANT IS THIS I really want the Xbox engineer team to look through their code to find something because I believe it's related to some OS update like said didn't have this issue prior to summer what was normal before summer 2018 was the delay in connecting
to xbl. I turn on Xbox notice that I'm not connected to internet I Between 30 sec and 2 minutes it connects by it self ( I'm on phone doing whatever). Issue right now is that I played earlier in day with no issues couple of hours have gone by and I can't connect
to xbl.

Thanks for reaching out to us and responding. I will be locking this thread as it is an old post. However, I would like to provide some information that may be useful. Normally if there is an issue with the operating system we recommend performing a

Soft Factory Reset or a full factory reset. The soft reset will keep all the
games and apps but removes the accounts and returns the settings to factory default. It will also reinstall the update and correct any software issues. Now if that doesn't correct it then that means it will either be a network issue or a hardware issue.

There is also the option of changing the power mode on the console then restarting the console. Try changing the console to
Energy-saving
mode.
To change this setting:

Press the
Xbox button
to open the guide (Don't hold the Xbox Button on the controller)
Select
System >Settings
Select
Power & startup
>Power mode & startup.
Select
Power mode
to change the setting to
Energy-Saving

Then restart the console by pressing the
Xbox Button
again. Go to
System
and select
Restart Console
(Not Settings).

Side Note:
It is
very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing
it from the console.

To check the email being used with the gamertag, go to
Settings > Account > sign-in, security & passkey;
in middle column at the top it will say "show on home"
if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show in this box.

The worst case scenario would be that the console needs to be set up for a repair.

Well I caved because I wanted to have some fun I went and reset router also I factor reset Xbox was connected to internet the whole time went to boot up the game and during the middle of that transition it lost connection hope isn't some ploy to make me
buy a Xbox one x

Just dont get the xbox x scorpio youll get problems you never knew existed and send it to get repaired and then have the same problems 2 months later voiding the warranty and then you will have to pay over $200 to get repaired again and maybe after that
it will work but if not just pay another $225 and just rinse and repeat once all the money you made is gone congrats you are now homeless happy gaming

Startup with hard drive in, cat5 in -> freezes

startup with hard drive out cat5 in -> works

startup with hard drive in cat5 out -> works

plugging cat5 in after startup to connect to xbl also causes freezing..

Accessing xbl causes failures. Any suggestions?

75ft is a huge distance for wireless to work properly especially for gaming which doesn't like packet loss. Have you considered powerline adapters/homeplugs as an alternative way to connect if wired is not an option?
