Can't connect to XBL even though my wireless connection Is connected to my WiFi. PLEASE HELP

My console is connected to my Wireless wifi and still won't connect to XBL. It randomly connects around 7:00 central but other than that it states that it can't retrieve information. I currently am using a 2015 Halo
5: Guardians Limited Edition Xbox one Model. Note: When not connected I can't run any network test. I have checked my router and my console seems to be the problem. Every other console connected like Playstation 4 and Xbox one X etc seem to be functioning
as they should. I'm also in the insider program. When the bug occurred, I decided to opt out of the beta ring and back into delta ring. The bug has still appeared even when I have power cycled, factory reset, and removed my account from the console, please
help.

I have checked my XBLG and it's still working but it's happening again so it's a temporary solution

Hey Skull Hunter,

Thanks for keeping us updated. Since there seems to be trouble updating the console offline, id like to provide an alternate solution. If you happen o live near a Microsoft store, you can call in to set up an appointment. Most stores can perform the offline
update for you, as long as you give them a call first.

And as stated above, The
Xbox User Reddit is where our Xbox Insider users will go to post issues with the Insider
program.

What happens if I don't live near one? I'm stuck on the factory reset console setup screen and whenever my connection states it's good it just reverts back to the step before it. If it tries to update through the initial setup then something will go wrong
with the update. I'm stuck in a loop. I can't get back to the home screen/dashboard anymore.
