Can't connect to x box live

need help with getting on xbox live put code in for the interenet will not work, but can use internet all round the house please help.

 

I did all that but when I moved it from USB to HDD it said that profile was already on the HDD and did I still want to replace it and I said yes anyway. But I definitely moved it before

 

I can't connect to Xbox Live at all. My wifi is strong and my other devices connect just fine. I tried moving the console, restarted the rotor, restarted the xbox. I don't know what to do, my gold subscription ends in December so I still have awhile.

After you've moved your profile from USB to HDD, were you able to sign in to Live with this profile? Or do still get an error code? If so, which code do you see?

 

Yes can sign in but USB stick is still in. I think there is problems when I remove usb

 

It won't let me read messages as it says we haven't got gold membership,even though we are paid up until August.Appears to be lost with a profile we can't get back.
