Can't connect to x box live

I would recommend that you delete the same profile as you've download to USB. Remember to select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements. Here's how:

You can't miss a corrupted file. If you've browsed through Games and Apps and can't find any corrupted contents, then there are no corrupted file(s).

Did you delete the profile from HDD and moved the profile from USB to HDD?

 

I did delete and move 2 profiles but now its saying items not found but one profile is on sign in and says hard drive next to avatar

 

Do I remove USB stick please?

Were you able to download the profile from Live, that you've deleted off your console?

Go to Xbox Network Settings and select Test Xbox LIVE Connection. If this test passes without any errors, try play a game online and let me know if you are getting any error code. If so, is it the same error code (80151911)that you've been getting, or a
different code.

 

I can't sign into Xbox live. I'm sorry but I lost the profile and had to download it again. I'm confused about deleting profile and moving it cos he's got 4 profiles. Could you just explain the process so I can do it again. Also what does it achieve technically
please?

Downloading the profile, without having your profile deleted off the storage device first, overwrites the data, but it doesn't erase it first. It's sort of like reinstalling a driver on a PC without first uninstalling the existing driver. Oftentimes doing
an over the top install leaves the same problems intact, or creates new ones.

 

I can sign in to one profile but not the other.the other one takes more HDD space.

 

I can sign into the profile that's on this post without the HDD in. I couldn't with it in.

 

So to move the profile from HDD to USB I will have to put HDD back in

from USB flash drive to HDD.

1. Delete Profile Only (with HDD attached).
2. With your console powered off and safely remove the HDD.
3. Insert the USB flash drive.
4. Turn on the Xbox.
5. Download profile from Live to USB flash drive.
6. Turn off the Xbox.
7. Add your HDD back (keep the USB flash drive inserted).
8. Move profile from USB flash drive to HDD.

We have some heat here in Sweden as well, which is not so common for the season.
