Can't Connect To wireless internet

Discus and support Can't Connect To wireless internet in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; It says "We're not sure what's wrong" then it gives a long error code "0x4000000000000000" also that is on xfinity wifi, my personal wifi I can't...     Can't Connect To wireless internet


    It says "We're not sure what's wrong" then it gives a long error code "0x4000000000000000" also that is on xfinity wifi, my personal wifi I can't connect to either. It says "Not connected" and I tried the advanced settings thing and also the test network
    connection but nothing works.

    I can't seem to connect to my internet through wifi I can only connect using an ethernet cable

    And post back your details in full (the bits that are in bold on that post) so that people may help



    If you are wireless can you also state whether you are using the white or black external adapter or the Xbox 360S Internal adapter

    If you connect your console to your network via Ethernet cable, does your console work then? I can also tell from your

    Xbox.com profile     that you were recently playing games and unlocking achievements. Are you still experiencing issues?

    Let us know so we can troubleshoot as needed. Can't Connect To wireless internet :)

    Digital assistant told me that error 8B050084 means that update is needed but is not available. Does anyone know when it will be available

    There is no different connection option. I've got wireless internet. Xbox can't connect to wireless network. I can use Ethernet cable from modem to Xbox. Xbox says it's connected still same error code. I've also got unlimited data on mobile and since Xbox needs update it can't connect to wireless network.

    If I don't have the adapter plugged into the console, it can't find my wireless network. I just get a message saying "To use a wireless internet connection, connect an Xbox 360 Wireless Network Adapter to your console."

    Mine will connect, but my internet speed is really slow on my Xbox. Can't even watch a netflix movie. Though on every other wireless device, my internet is fine.
