Hi pkease help My sons xbox one cannot connect to wireles connection we have tried everything and my son is getting so upset any ideas? TIA

Hey there, we need a little more than that unfortunately.

What kind of error is giving it to you?

Have you tried moving the console closer to the Modem/router?

How is the signal?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

I have see that correct the problem many times.
