    Can't connect to Wifi


    A few weeks ago I tried to play my xbox one but I couldn't connect to wifi. I've tried using the trouble shooting on the console, but that wouldn't work. I followed the trouble shooting on the xbox website, none of the steps worked. I've tried changing the
    IP address, MAC address, tried giving it a reserved IP, tried opening ports through my modem but none of it works. So I thought that maybe it was a hardware problem and restored it to factory default but now I can't get through the startup sequence because
    I can't connect to the internet.

    OK so on my xb1 I've been trying to connect to my wifi router for a couple days now i enter the password and the network name but everytime I enter the password it says to check my network name and password then try again I did that and I did everything
    possible as far as resetting my router and console can someone help me solve this issue

    for some reason, I can't connect to the internet. Every time i try, it doesnt work. I don't know what it is or why it's happening. It's especially bad considering I need to be online to play EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY DAMN GAMES. Please help me!!!

    I'm having the same problem. It works fine on my Xbox one but not my 360. Can't log in, can't connect to wifi, and it keeps saying it's my wifi, but it's connected and fine. They need to fix this

    Heya raptor runner5.

    Can you possibly try changing the password you use with your router to see if there's any change with your Xbox One connection? Unfortunately a lot of times this particular issue is due to hardware issues with your Xbox One. Curious to see if a password change
    clears it up for you.

    detailed information you can go to "Network settings on Xbox One". Also, if you have an active Ethernet cable plugged into the Xbox, it automatically assumes that
    you will not be using Wi-Fi and disables the Wi-Fi settings sub-menu. Let us know if you continue to have an issue with your Wi-Fi connection.
