Can't connect to Titanfall games/server

It's been four days and I only managed to play for less than 15 minutes.

No matter which datacenter I choose, 80% of the time, the game will stuck at the loading screen (the one with a few spaceships and a planet in the background, with a grey loading wheel at the lower-right corner) and nothing happens. The other 20% of the time
it manages to get into the lobby. But after choosing a game mode, a "Connecting" screen will pop-up. The "Connecting" screen will either stay there forever, or disappears then shows a "connection to server timed out" error.

The ping values are pretty low (30ms or so to Asian ones and less than 150ms to US ones) to most servers. None of other Xbox One games have problem connecting to MP. It's extremely frustrated that a game that's suppose to tap into Windows Azure to have failed
at this level. I've tried to contact Respawn support a few times and the only response I got was "We'll look into it", and that was three days ago.

Titanfall? More like Titanfall.

For the last two days, keep getting a server connection error on MS Bingo.

can't connect to Microsoft Bingo. get server connection error. All other games connect ok.

Disconnecting from games/servers soon after joining them

I am having issues where I am getting kicked out of games within 30 seconds of joining the server. It is happening with BF4 and FIFA 15. Non-EA games, I can't even connect to the multiplayer servers (eg. COD, Titanfall)

I have restarted my router and xbox so many times without success. Any ideas?

The support tell me that my internet connect was to low for playing Titanfall...

Ha I'm not some what alone I'm in Australia and if I choose beta Australia servers some games will be stupidly leggy to the point nothing is moving or sometimes ai bots just lag and other players too really annoying but then times it's fine when it's not
I have to choose the Asia servers which is a ping of 149ish when Aussies server is between 30and 44ms contacted ea and got told to up trace my connection and he disconnected the convosation real pathetic I play online games on xbox one like ghosts without
an issue and killzone shadows fall on ps4 so it ain't my net ....... Worked fine till Sunday when I jumped on

I am having very similar experience with it i have managed to play only about 3 levels on the campaign mode because i keep getting the lost connection to server message but if i go on to the normal multiplayer game mode it works 99% of the time i know my
internet is not great but i would think if it good enough to play one mode it should play both

I can't connect to the servers without getting disconnected in 2 minutes or less.

I have tried a wired connection and wireless.

I just did a factory reset on the Xbox One.

I unplugged my system for 2 minutes several times.

I restored my router settings to default, tried UPNP, DMZ, Port fowarding, static ip. (one at a time).

I unplugged my Netgear router and Motorola modem for 2 minutes several times.

I deleted Titanfall and reinstalled it on the Xbox One. (digital download).

Downloading Titanfall from Xbox Live even caused my Xbox One to freeze.

I was forced to do a full factory reset today.

I still can't access the EA servers on the digital xbox one version of Titanfall.

I've tried everything.

Call Of Duty Ghosts and Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare (EA servers) works fine.

I can't connect to Titanfall servers on Xbox One.

I have Titanfall on PC and it runs fine on the servers.

Going to contact microsoft support. I paid $40 and can't access any part of Titanfall.

Having same problem for over a week now. Can't play Titanfall at all, just loads to the main menu and can't find any servers. Same issue with Battlefield 4. Microsoft you have some serious issues with how you look after problems.

Sorry to hear about the connection troubles. If you haven't already, please try powering down your Xbox One completely by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds. Once your console is turned off please reset your network connection by unplugging network
hardware for 30 seconds.

Don't worry about the ping in the connection test.

You are only connecting to american servers for the connection test.

For games it varies. Some games are peer to peer and others like titanfall use cloud servers closer to your location.

I get a ping of 158ms in the connection test but in titanfall my ping is usually between 24 and 33ms

Ola Uziel!! I suppose you are speaking about the Titanfall PC version. The problem could be if you are really using a Brazilian server to play the game or you are connecting to a server in USA. I´m not sure about the availability of Titanfall servers in
Brazil, you should check it out!!. Another problem could be your connection, 10mb download speed is not a good connection.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums!

We understand this is frustrating since the game is not connecting to the servers. I did see that others were having the same issue trying to connect to the servers. When it comes to operating servers, companies need to see a certain amount of users connecting
to the servers to justify the costs. It can get pretty pricey and if there is no one really using it then the money is just going to waste. A lot of people tend to also want the game(s) for campaign to just enjoy on their own.

You can always post or read about the servers and such for Titanfall on the
EA Titanfall Forums.

I hope this information helps.

Try doing a power cycle to clear some cache, most of the times thats a reason why you cant connect, also check if titanfall servers and xbox servers too are ok https://help.ea.com/en/titanfall/titanfall/ By the way, also check if thats the only game you
are having problems
