I am struggling to get in to the Microsoft store. I am trying to download Fortnite but it dosent work. This is irritating.! It is coming up a message we’re it stands it took to long time to start Microsoft store. It is also coming up a code. The code is
0x8027025a. Please help

How long have you had this issue for?

Have you tried restarting the console to see if that resolves the issue. Also, are any other applications affected?

I suggest clearing system cache and changing to a wired network if you’re wireless. The store giving you that error means they can’t establish a strong enough connection with you and xbox live.
