    Can't connect to Solitaire Events


    Hi all,

    Recently I can't connect to the "Events" even the game works prefectly. I have also checked the XBOX connection and all status are good. After few seconds loading when I click the "Events", a message "there is a problem while downloading the Microsoft Solitaire
    Collection data" shows up. Does anyone encounter same problem? Please share your experience and any solution.

    Why wont solitaire world tour connect to the internet

    when you try to play solitaire world tour event, message says having trouble connecting to the internet to download solitaire collection data. I'm already connected to the internet, so why won't game connect

    I am on the internet but when I go to Solitare Events it keeps telling me I need an internet connection.

    I have the same question todays events on solitaire isn't working it says I need internet connection all the other games on solitaire is working

    I cannot login to the Solitaire World Events frequently. It always starts at 7:00am CST and often shows "Internet Connection Required" but obviously I am connected. I have tried resetting the app in the advnaced settings. My gamertag is logged in but the
    "Word Events" wont load.
