the problem is i can't get into tho account without the password and the ID.

Same thing here. Even did a reset and now can't get past the network part. Password is correct, all other devices are connecting perfectly, followed all suggestions except hooking to a wired connection just because of logistics. Nothing is working. Out of
the blue that it stopped working this morning.

That's correct, for securirty issues you can't create an offline profile, as it needs to confirm your identity and your account password.

Once you have your account created and the password stored in the console, you can play with your physical games with no problem at all.

Take note also that you can't play downloaded games without internet connection.
