Can't connect to realms

I am so aggravated right now. I typically have about an hour to play on my Microsoft realm in the morning and yet for the last month every time I tried to log into play my realm that I pay for through Microsoft I get an error that says it unable to connect to realm. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I have tried resetting my router, I have tried logging into my Microsoft account and logging out, I have tried an ethernet cable, in fact I have tried everything I can possibly think of and everything that your articles are telling me to try five or six times over at this point and it is not fixing it.

Currently I use an ethernet cable, my download speed is over 200 Mbps, I'm using the Xbox x, I have an open Nat, and I have tried everything that the internet has suggested three times over, and I cannot reach a live human being the save my life. Every time I try to deal with this issue I simply get funneled into chat responses that are irrelevant and don't answer my question. I need help to fix this once and for all. I have one hour every day to play this game and I'm spending it trying to get this game to load up for me! Today it took 40 minutes so out of my 1 hour I get 20 minutes to play a game. Yesterday it took almost the full hour. Please help

I apologize for the trouble, Kimberly, and it seems like you have indeed performed all the necessary steps.

Can you play other online games without any issues?

Also, can you please try using a different network connection such as your mobile hotspot? Once connected try playing the game.

I have the same problem. Settings are set correctly, but my daughter can't connect to Minecraft Realms or even accept invitation.

You mean the realms?

You need to be connected to wifi to be able play on realms. Mobile connection wont let you connect to realms.

Also you need to have been invited by the owner of the realm.

If you mean server like Java edition, then you wont be able to join as its 2 different versions of the game.

When i'm trying to create new realm there are error "Can't join to marketplace, check your connection", anyone know how to fix it? (I can open marketplace)
