Can't connect to profile

    Can't connect to profile


    When trying to connect to any 360 games from my Xbox One, it says I can't connect to a profile but I am connected on my Xbox one. That means (at least for the game I tried) that I can't save the progress in the games, or can't event play some of them.

    Anyone know what can cause the issue?

    This is actually on the 360 my bad

    But I can't connect to live on any profile and I can't download any profiles be sit I can't connect to live

    Thanks... Now I still can't connect and can't download my profile since I can't connect.

    Hey there!

    Let's have you try clearing your Xbox 360 local storage on your Xbox One console. Start at your Xbox One dashboard:

    • *Open the Guide menu
    • *Scroll down to Settings
    • *Select all Settings
    • *Scroll down to System
    • *Navigate over to Storage
    • *Select "Clear local Xbox 360 storage"

    Give that a shot and if that doesn't work, let us know and we'll look into something else. Can't connect to profile :)
