Can't connect to profile once the game is launched..

These steps can help you, give it a try.

Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.

1. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this with the game too.

2. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

3. Open the Microsoft Store app, library>get updates and update everything.

4. Press the Windows Button then type Services.

Right-click over the Services App from the list of results.

Then select Run as Administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper

Xbox Live Auth Manager,

Xbox Live Game Save,

Xbox Live Networking Service,

Gaming Services.

Do this with each of the services listed above.

Right-click over the service and select Properties.

Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic.

If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services.

Click Apply and OK to save changes.

5. Restart your PC and see if that solves the problem.

I'm sorry to hear this is happening. Just to clarify is this something that happens once you try to launch the game or once you're in game? Also what kind of error message do you get or do you also receive an error code? I suggest to do the following:

1. Launch the game Dragon Age 2.
2. Once in the game press both the Manage and View button on your Xbox Controller.
   (this will bring up the Xbox 360 dashboard)
3. Now, go to manage storage
4. Choose profiles and you're going to Remove your profile ( Make sure you know your information to sign back in)
5. After removing the profile quit the game and re-launch.
6. Once again press both the manage and View button.
7. Choose to download a profile - download your profile.

Try to connect in game and let us know if this helps.

If you have the game on disc:

1. Sign in and make sure your console is connected to Xbox Live
   
2. Insert the Xbox 360 Advanced Warfare disc.
   
3. Download the 'update' to your console when prompted
   
4. Launch the game. If this is the first time launching an Xbox 360 game, you'll need to wait for your profile to download (but this only needs to be performed once.
   

Digital download versions are launched the same way as Xbox One titles. You'll still need to wait to download your profile.

Finally that's not Fifa. I dont know what happens. It crashes again.

I can't connect my profile, I can't launch games, I can't play offline, I can do nothing...

The factory reset has not changed anything. My Xbox is dying until the last update.

Have you tried deleting the game off the the Hard Drive and redownloading it?

Disconnect from Xbox LIVE.

Launch Gotham City Impostors.

Connect to Xbox LIVE once the title screen is reached.

Sign in your Xbox LIVE profile.
