Can't connect to play online

My console will log me online and it will let me do everything bar play multiplayer.. On cod ghosts it keeps telling me (the call of duty:ghosts server is not available at this time. Please try again later or visit bla bla bla.. So I changed games to battlefield
4 and its the same problem and this issue has only started today as iv never had a problem before.. I did the multilayer connection test and it says everything is fine. Iv also been in other forums and tried other people's little tricks but nothing seems to
fix this issue.. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!

I can't even play right now, it says can't connect to ea online.

try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

 

Have you tried rebooting your router?

Makes sure xbox is switched off first and dont switch back on until router is fully booted up.



This is the first thing you should try if you have connection problems.

 

Yeh bud iv done all this a thousand times since this morning. My connection is a Telstra 4g prepaid wifi brick and iv been using them for 360 for years and for xbone since the day it was released and its been fine until now. Only thing I can think of is
that I'm a driller and iv just come back to oz from P&G so could playing over there have changed any of my settings?

 

What is your NAT? Are you wireless? Try wired if so?

What is your upload, download and packet loss as done through the Xbox One, Settings>network> perform all 3 of the tests.

 

My nat type is strict and has been since I started playing online and iv spent countless hours on the phone to Telstra trying to open my nat type and their tech team actually told me that of all the millions of calls they get they have never had someone
ask "how do I open my nat type up" and I find that really hard to believe... At the moment my download speed 14.60mbps, upload speed 24.22mbps, download packet loss 0%, upload packet loss 3%, MTU 1440, latency 359ms, wireless strength 94%. I'm getting broadband
connected at the end of the week but I wanto know why this has suddenly happened now.

 

Well the NAT is your problem. Can you access your routers web page? If so see if you have UpNP enabled if it is then disable it then make a reserved address for your X1, and forward the ports. Alternatively make a reserved address, and then use DMZ,
if its available. Recheck your NAT is must be OPEN or you are going to have problems.

manufacturers website, your ISP if they supplied it, or use www.portforward.com

What is your tesla router model ? is it a hotspot or is a proper 4grouter that has a 4g stick plugged into it, there might differences because of that and the options you can do will differ between the two. If its router with a 4g stick then what is the
model of the router? If its a hotspot then what is the hotspot model? (Huawei by any chance?) Need more info but it probably all comes down to NaT right now. Tell the models/manufacturers and I think ill be able to hook you up or check myself how you can make
NaT open.
