Can't connect to other people in party

Every time I try to connect with someone on my friends list it keeps on saying that he is connecting then switches to him saying he is disconnected.Have tried turning Xbox on and off and inviteing each other to a party but no good.Help please !!

Xbox 360 Connects to the Internet but not Xbox Live

I can't connect to xbox live party, i can't see someone profile and i can't send messages to other people...

What the **** is this ?

Can't connect to a specific friend, however we both have OPEN NAT rating

We do connect to each other by using other people to host the party, but for games only CoD, GoW and Halo allows us to play through others hosting.

we can't connect to each other even when other people host for games like

-GTA 4

- Red dead redemption

-Worms

Does this happen with all of your friends, or just this one friend?

I have had a look at the
Xbox Live Status, and it is showing problems joining friends in online games. This is only happening on the Xbox One, and they are working to get this fixed, by the looks of things on the status alert.

Can you try turning off your router, and leaving it switched off for 30 seconds. This will reset your router, and hopefully resolve this problem. Once you have waited 30 seconds, please turn it back on and try inviting the same friend that struggled to join.
Please be aware that your friend may need to try this step as well.

If that does not work, please could you check your NAT settings. I have seen this problem before when the NAT settings were set to strict. If they are set to strict, please work through this article on changing your NAT types:

It's not a party, can't invite any other people to it, it's literally a voice chat between two people. There isn't a way to start a normal party chat then invite multiple people.

I have the exact same problem, NAT types wide open, can connect to other friends party but when we want to creat a party for the two of us to join we can't connect to the party!

For the Mic issue. It may not be your problem, Certain people have connection issues that are disconnecting the chat with your party overtime they join your party. You must leave the party and then invite them to your party and make sure that you are party
leader and that the connection is good before inviting the other members of the party. Close the party and if they still can't hear you ask them to unplug the mic holder from the controller and unplug the wire from the xbox. if the wire is not plugged into
the xbox then they need to install their controller and their headset to the xbox one.
