Can't connect to online services?? how i fix that problem?

I turn my modem off and back on and connect to live again and again and still my black ops 2 say to me Can't connect to online services, please try again later or go to they website.. What i can a do? I want play Black Ops 2 but i can't connect to online
services.

can't connect to xbox live

I'm trying to connect my xbox one to the internet by using a wired connection, connecting it to my computer with a cable. Whenever I go to 'test network connection' it always tells me that there is a hardware problem and I need to go to xbox.com/repair. I've
done so and that led me here so I still don't know how to fix the problem. Also, before when I would take the cable out of the xbox it would still say there is a cable in so that could be part of the problem. If anyone knows how to fix this, it would be much
appreciated.

Mine has been like that for 3 days, Ive been told that people have been having the same issues and have been banned from connecting to any server.

 

i have that too 3 days.. why have I been banned? i only trickshotting that game
