Can't connect to one friend no matter what.

My friend and I have been able to play together since we got our Xbox ones, but for the past week, we can't connect on any game without dedicated servers. We have the same internet provider but never had a problem. They had some maintenance done so we
originally thought that was the problem, but when we called them, they said it was for tv and not internet. They told my friend that it was probably some ports that weren't open, but again, we did nothing so I'm not sure. I tried to open my ports and nothing
happened. We still can't play together, even if someone else hosts the game. We have tried on Injustice 2, Civ Rev, and some other games but still no luck in connecting.

Actually did you look at the cmd command on your PC to copy the MAC address and enter it into the Alternate MAC option on the XBOX? That helped me connect - from not being able to connect at all - however now it keeps disconnecting randomly, but at least
I can reconnect from the dashboard. My router is also a DLink-655. And not only I have a wired desktop and a wireless laptop - but also a PS3 and Wii, bot connected wireless - and absolutely no problem, no disconnection at all from any of the devices?!?!

To start out, can you clarify both you and your friend have an open NAT showing under Detailed Network Statistics? If either of you are showing anything other than open NAT, please run through this

A friend and I convinced one of our friends to get the game. We planned on playing in a squad on multiplayer together. We formed a squad and every time we try to start a match either he (my friend who just bought the game and he also downloaded the updates
for the game) gets kicked from the game or my other friend and I get kicked because of a loss connection. I have no idea whats going on and would greatly appreciate help with this matter. Sorry if this is a noobish question, but I can't think of what the problem
is. I can't find an answer anywhere on the internet and I am tired of looking for one.

did any significant changes occur during or about the time like an ISP change or move or anything, maybe even a new router?
