can’t connect to network- xbox

i have tried everything to get my console to connect to the internet. i’ve restarted, unplugged router, both of which i’ve done several times. none of the linked sites are helping me because this router belongs to my parents. i cannot do anything about the settings. i just wanna play my game.

Hi,

It seems your console is not able to detect or connect to your network, or can’t establish an Internet connection, or cannot connect to Xbox Live.

Check the support @ Troubleshoot your Xbox One network connection if it helps.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

In order for us to isolate the issue if it's the console or the network connection, do you have a different network connection that we can try to use such as a mobile hotspot?

Xbox 360 can’t connect to network but was working fine a week ago? Tried the usual remedies nothing is working. Two xbox ones running on same network without issues.
