    If you've previously been able to connect to Xbox Live using your current console and network setup, but you can't connect now, try the testing your Xbox Live connection.

    If you're unable to connect to Xbox Live, the first step is to run the network connection test on your Xbox One console to see what's causing the problem. Here's how:

    1. Press the Xbox button
      to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All settings.
    4. Select Network.
    5. On the right side of the Network Settings screen, select
      Test network connection      .
    If you can't connect to Xbox Live, the test will show you where in the connection process the error occurs. It'll also tell you what type of error it is. Make a note of this information, and then go to
    the Xbox One Network Connection Error Solution to resolve the problem.
    Thanks for the reply M3tal Daz3, but my network connection is alright and Xbox live is also running. Still can't resolve the issue.
