Cant connect to network or xbox live!

Whenever i try to connect to the wifi at my aunts house it dosent work it was working fine yesterday but today it wont. My cousins xbox connects fine but mine just wont connect! When i made a hotspot on my phone it worked fine but whenever i connect to hers
it dosent work!

Before we start, please read:

If you haven't already, try restore your console's network settings to default settings. This step will issue your console new IP configuration from the router.

Go to Xbox Network Settings and select Configure Network. Select the Additional setting tab and Restore network settings to factory defaults.

Restart your console and try connect to your aunts WLAN.

Hi, I am trying to connect to xbox live for the first time to place titanfall. Reciveing error code 4099-0000-0080-0300-8007-2741. I have tried downloading onto memory stick but this dios not seam to work. Any advice. I am streaming through laptop via ethernet

I am having the same issue, Xbox will not connect to xbox live, it says that my service may be expired. However I have this set to auto-withdraw on two different types of payment just in case one is not working. So the issue is that my account service is
expired but it is not withdrawing my payment from my payment options to re-activate the service.
