Can't connect to network, can't use new Xbox one...

Did you run a network test in the console setting menu to see if your console is connected? You might try resetting the MAC address too on the console. If you can't connect to the internet with the console, it can't dowload your profile, or add a new one.

Am I the only one that can't connect to the Internet right now? Everything else in my house is connected but my Xbox one keeps telling me it can't connect to my wireless network. It started with destiny. I turned off my Xbox one thinking it was nothing that

Thanks for the reply. I can't remember where I read it but I thought the new advantage of the xbox one smartglass app was that it did not have to connect to the internet. Meaning the response time would be quicker because it uses your home network.
