can't connect to my xbox live account on my xbox one

Hey guys, I can't connect to my xbox live account on my xbox one. There is an interenet connect because I checked the network settings.

I did cancel auto renew for my live xbox gold live which will end 12 Aug 2016 but I did that 2 days ago. Not sure if this has anything to do with it

I can't log onto Xbox Live...

Is there a reason why I can't sign in to my account and Connect t Connect to Xbox live on Xbox 360?

 

Try signing out of your profile and then log back in. Once that is done test it to see if it is working for you. Let us know. Good Luck!!

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

2.Select Settings.

3.Select All Settings.

4.Select Network.

5.Select Network settings.

6.Advanced settings.

7.alternate MAC Address

8.Clear.

Console gonna restart and then try again use your profile.

 

I have a problem with connecting to xbox live won't pick up the network says there is a protocol

 

bart try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console. Once it is back up and operational test the results. Let us know if that resolved the issue. Good Luck!!

I had trouble signing in on my Profile today . I was advised to go to settings , remove the profile & then put it back on with my password . That solved my problem ; not sure if that would help here ...

 

I did everything you said and nothing worked.

And sometimes my console (with kinect) doesn't recognize me so I have to restart it (important condition : stay visibly sit with an active pad in my hands)
