Hello AnimalShip,

Can you gives us some more information about the problem. When you go to Setting > All Settings > Network > Network setting > Set up wireless network , do you see your wireless router (SSID) in the list of "Choose your wireless network"?

Do you want to select a different wireless network?

If I don't have the adapter plugged into the console, it can't find my wireless network. I just get a message saying "To use a wireless internet connection, connect an Xbox 360 Wireless Network Adapter to your console."

If the hard reset doesn't work, you can try factory resetting the console.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
