Can’t connect to my normal account/gamertag

Im having the exact issue. I play minecraft on my iphone. It told me to update this morning. When i did, i tried logging into my account, and i was forced to change my password that i have had for ages. When i changed the password, it created a new gamertag
and avatar. Now, ive had to be reinvited to a realm that ive been playing on for days. All of my items and my whole profile is different. Im very upset, becasue i have worked my butt off for nothing!! HELP! I want my old gamertag and stuff back!

I gave the same problem. My gamertag has changed on my xbox app to donethjng completly different.

but still same on my xbox. Cant link them to make videos now

I can’t connect to Xbox live on 360 back compatible games. The rest of the Xbox one behaves normally. I know it’s not a problem with my console because both my old 360 and the 360 emulator on the Xbox one do it.

I thought maybe the problem was on my end so I did a soft reset. Now the 360 emulator on the Xbox one has no profile on it. I can’t download my profile to it because it can’t connect to Xbox live. So I can’t save at all in back compatible games.

Is it a regional problem? Is it down for maintenance? The status page doesn’t mention anything.

When the signin menu comes down I dont see any gamertags. This means I can’t get into my old account

O can’t connect my account with Minecraft it pops me my old account and I don’t have it any more
