Can’t connect to my friends party

For the past 3 weeks or so whenever I try to join my friends xbox live party, it just says connecting and will do one of the following: Tell me I’m disconnected, make other people in the party connecting, let me connect but no one can hear me and I cant
hear my one friend and then say connecting for everyone in the party, and occasionally itll let me join and talk to my friend. It only happens with 3 of my friends who have moderate nat types. My other friends with open nat types connect to me and my friends
with moderate nat types just fine, but I can’t. Ive tried changing my upnp, port forwarding, clearing mac address, using different routers, but nothing seems to work. Can someone help me out?

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with connecting to parties under specific circumstances.

When you were attempting port forwarding, were you able to establish a static IP address on both you console, and your Xbox? Keep in mind that you are unable to run UPnP and port forwarding at the same time.

When you run a the detailed network statistics, do you get anything under the
minimum requirements for accessing Xbox Live?

The next thing to try at this point would have to be establishing a DMZ as depicted in the step 7 of the

Xbox One Multiplayer Game Solution wizard.

When I invite someone to party or join someone it says connecting and then it’s will say party chat disconnected and then I can’t join any of my friends does any one know how to fix?

I can’t even invite/join my friends’ parties because I can’t get to the commands that let me do so.

I realize what I said may be confusing. In a party chat, I can hear my friends but I can’t talk.
