Can't connect to my account on XBoxLive

Hi,

i my xbox live account was made into a child account because i put in the wrong age, and it put the original owner of the xbox, my brother, as the parent account, npow me and my brother got the issue solved and he had promoted my account. when i tried to
get onto xbox live, it showed me the new terms of agreement and and after agreeing, it still said that i needed the parent account to sign in. I showed the link to how to do it" I really do beleive that my brother did it right. seeing as my brother promoted
the account, can i just aggree to the terms without having to sign the parental age? it just seems unnecessary now that i have my account promoted.

P.S. I have an XBox 360.

Can't download or connect to xboxlive

Can't download my brothers account and or Connect to xboxlive. Anyone know why ?

The has no account problem. This profile was created because I cannot connect with my account

The problem is in inorganicTHOR account. And it happens when I try to connect to xboxlive web page, I can't even connect to the forums to post with my account, and in the Xbox I have the error code 83820070

 

Sorry but when creating an account you must put in the proper age. If you put in an age that makes you younger than 18 then there is no way to change it. It must age properly through the course of time.

It's not possible to change the date of birth or age on a Xbox LIVE account under any circumstances. If you wish to correct the date of birth on an account you would need to make a brand new account.
