Can't connect to multiplayer

Is anyone else having problems getting into mp? It was working the first for me, but not for the past two days. I have the digital version. I've uninstalled the game and redownloaded it, but still no luck. I haven't found any news regarding this and any
help or tips would be appreciated.

I can't connect to multiplayer

I have tried every game I have and none of them work online. They all just kick me out of the group right before the games start. My internet is working perfectly and I restarted my Xbox already, please HELP.

Have you

hard reset you XB1, and power cycled all your network gear (router / cable or dsl modem etc.. )

I have had a few times were resetting all my gear fixed the issue

Ive tried everything you can think of but I cant finish a game in cod. It just kicks me out every map

When connected to the hotspot, click on "Test Multiplayer Connection" and see if it gives you a reason why you can't play multiplayer.

head over to xbox.com/privacy and log in.

You can change your settings there.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see your child is wanting to play multiplayer. Do you have an Xbox live subscription? This is required for multiplayer. If you do, do they get any error when trying to connect.

I'm having a similar issue in which i can connect to live, watch youtube and access the store but I can't play multiplayer within a game or access party chat. When i check my detailed NAT it says "there is a firewall(or it is not connected)" and when I check
my multiplayer connection it says it "can't get a Teredo IP address.
