    Can't connect to Multiplayer on any game.


    Can't sign into The Elder Scrolls Online Xbox One NA server or any other Multiplayer game. On TESO it says, "Xbox Live Account selected does not have Multiplayer privileges. Please select an account with Xbox Live Gold, or update
    permissions" My account is 100% active and up to date. Checked my Networking settings and they are also actively working.



    What's wrong?

    Can't connect to any multiplayer game

    Hey,

    Since a couple of days ago I can't seem to connect to any multiplayer game, I've tested: COD Black Ops 3, COD Ghosts and Battlefield 1 trial.

    All games presumably start normally and than after a few seconds (before actually joining any game) I get a message saying I was disconnected from the server.

    I didn't change my network settings, my router configuration or my internet ISP...

    Any ideas?

    For some reason I can't connect to any multiplayer game lobby or server. Any way to fix this?

    I am having the exact same problem with ESO that MLVLTDxWAR had back in October. Network is up, Xbox Live Gold account is current through August 2016, but apparently "does not have multiplayer privileges." How does one get this fixed?!

    Can't Connect to any Multiplayer Servers

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    In this case, kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

    1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    If that didn't work, I would appreciate it if you can let me know all the games that you're trying as well as the exact error.
