Can't connect to Live ???

Hi my name is kevin i've been trying to connect to my xbox live for over an hour now ...but no success.

We have another xbox connected in another room and its connected in the same way via ethernet cable and it connects fine...........so i took all the IP address details , DNS details etc and it still wouldn't work and came up with a network fail and below status
report ????

I live in Cardiff UK and internet provider is Virgin Network....I ran a network test and i get a network fail ???

I went onto the xbox website that said to restore the factory defaults of the network which i did & then tested xbox live connection agian and got the same message but some of the above numbers and IP has changed to belowe numbers ????????

Can't connect to live.

Hi,

I'm having a very frustrating time with my brand new xbox one s at the moment. I last used it 2 days ago and had no problems, today I try and use it and am told that it can't connect to xbox live.

I've gone through all the trouble shooting pages, turning my router off and on, reseting my router to factory settings, allowing my xbox's MAC address to not be filtered in my router and still nothing works.

All other wifi devices in my house are using my internet perfectly fine.

Any help with this would be extremely appreciated!

 

Can't connect to live

I have Gold until 6/7/2017 but I've been trying to play online black ops 3 but it says this profile isn't allowed to play online. Please help

 

PS....i've turned off routher for 30 secs & waited further 30 secs......changed ethernet cable
